These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Premierdelivered.com website (Premierdelivered.com site) and your relationship with Premierdelivered.com, (we or us). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for or use the Premierdelivered.com site. Please note that to use any of the services provided on the Premierdelivered.com site, you are required to register as an authorised user on the site.

The Premierdelivered.com site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Premierdelivered.com site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Premierdelivered.com site is made up of a number of services, including for example, Premierdelivered Online Grocery Store, Premierdelivered Express, and Premierdelivered Order & Collect. The services offered on the Premierdelivered.com site are available only to the specified area as set out in the delivery schedule. The ability to view this site does not imply in any way that the services are available outside the designated delivery area. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Premierdelivered.com site and Online Store and all services provided in connection with these.

All orders and purchases made on the Premierdelivered.com site will also be governed by the specific Product Terms relevant.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions.

Premierdelivered.com reserves the right to change or alter these terms and conditions without prior notice. It is your responsibility as user of the Premierdelivered.com site to acquaint yourself with the current terms and conditions as published on this site

Registration

To register with Premierdelivered.com you must be over eighteen years of age.

You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

Password and security

When you register to use the Premierdelivered.com site you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting Customer Services (see below for contact details) without delay.

If Premierdelivered.com has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Premierdelivered.com site, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account in accordance with Terms of Usage.

Using Premier e-coupons

Premier e-coupons can only be used online at www.Premierdelivered.com subject to these general terms and conditions, and any other specific conditions notified to you on the issue of a Premier e-coupon. No Premier e-coupon is redeemable through any other website owned or operated by Premierdelivered.com or any Premier store.

A Premier e-coupon is redeemed by entering its code at the appropriate point in the online purchase process. Redemption may be subject to you providing proof of entitlement to use the Premier e-coupon.

Your use of a Premier e-coupon indicates your agreement to be bound by this Premier e-coupon Terms and Conditions.

Premierdelivered.com reserves the right to withdraw or cancel a Premier e-coupon for any reason at any time.

Distribution of Premier e-coupons

Premier e-coupons are, and remain at all times, the property of Premierdelivered.com.

The right to use a Premier e-coupon is personal to the original recipient and may not be transferred. No Premier e-coupon may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the original recipient, or stored in a data retrieval system, without the prior written permission of Premierdelivered.com.

Premier e-coupons distributed or circulated without the written approval of Premierdelivered, for example on an Internet message board or on a "bargains" website, are not valid for use and may be refused or cancelled.

Permitted usage of Premier e-coupons

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of issue of the Premier e-coupon; Each issued Premier e-coupon will be valid for use by a recipient only once, Only one Premier e-coupon will be valid for use per customer or household, as the case may be, and, A Premier e-coupon may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer or Premier e-coupon.

One coupon only will be accepted at time of each payment. Coupons issued may be time specific and cannot be used outside the specified period and do not possess any cash value outside of the remit of the Premierdelivered.com web.

 

 

Certain goods or services are excluded from all Premier e-coupon offers. These include tobacco, infant formula milk, bulk packs of disposable nappies delivery charges and postage stamps. From time to time other goods or services may be excluded and any such further exclusion will be notified to you along with the Premier e-coupon or through the Premierdelivered.com website.

Premier e-coupons may be limited to redemption in respect of certain products or services, in which case notice will be given to you at the time of issue of the Premier e-coupon.

Excluded goods and services will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount.

Minimum spend requirements

Where the redemption of a Premier e-coupon is subject to a minimum spending requirement, the redemption is only permitted in respect of the purchase of qualifying products which will be communicated to you at the time of issue of the Premier e-coupon. Excluded products and supplementary charges, such as delivery, gift wrap or postage & packing, shall not count towards a minimum spending requirement.

If more than one minimum spend offer is valid for use in an order, there must be sufficient qualifying spend to meet the requirements of each offer in total. For example, to use a £3 off £30 Premier e-coupon and a £5 off £50 Premier e-coupon in the same transaction (assuming that these Premier e-coupons can be used together), you must spend at least £80, excluding any supplementary charges as outlined above

Calculation of discount

Where an online offer states that a percentage discount will be given on a purchase, the cost of the qualifying purchases will be reduced by the stated discount percentage.

Where purchases are stated to be offered on a "VAT-free" basis, the prices of qualifying items will be reduced by the equivalent of VAT. At the current VAT rate of 15% this equates to a discount of 12.4%.

Supplementary charges such as delivery or postage & packing shall not be discounted unless specifically stated in the offer description.

Security and Fraud

When you use a Premier e-coupon you warrant to Premierdelivered.com that you are the duly authorised recipient of the Premier e-coupon and that you are using it in good faith.

If you redeem, attempt to redeem or encourage the redemption of Premier e-coupons to obtain discounts to which you or a third party are not entitled you may be committing a civil or criminal offence.

If we reasonably believe that any Premier e-coupon is being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any Premier e-coupon and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. Premierdelivered.com reserves the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances.

If we refuse a Premier e-coupon submitted as part of an order, for any reason, we will inform you before the order is dispatched to advise of the correct cost of the order and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Limitation of liability

At all times our acceptance of an order takes place on despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order.

All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.

Premierdelivered.com shall not be liable to any customer or household for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any Premier e-coupon or any failure or inability of a customer or household to use an e-Coupon for any reason.

 

 We reserve the right to vary or terminate the operation of any Premier e-coupon at any time without notice.

The failure of Premierdelivered.com to take any action in respect of a breach of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of their enforceability. Premierdelivered.com reserves its rights in respect of these terms and conditions at all times.

  

Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  The services provided by the Premierdelivered.com site do not include the provision of computer or other necessary equipment to access the Premierdelivered.com site. To use the Premierdelivered.com site you will require Internet connectivity and appropriate telecommunication links. We shall not be liable for any telephone or other costs that you may incur.

Terms & Conditions Supply of Products

Price Marked Packs (pmp)

Premierdelivered.com reserves the right to substitute without warning any product which has been supplied to us in a pre-priced (standard or promotional) package. The price prevailing will be the price quoted on the web site at the time of ordering and payment.

Every effort is taken to ensure that the information relating to pmp on our web shop is accurate but with the short lead time enjoyed by our customers this may not always be possible.

Premierdelivered.com reserves the right to supply cigarette and tobacco products at a price which may be higher than available in our retail outlet/s the prices charged will be the price prevailing on our web shop at time of ordering. Customers wishing to “Order and Collect” are advised to purchase tobacco products at time of collection to take advantage of promotional pmp. 

Extra Fill Packs

Where a product is available with extra fill we will supply the best option currently in stock. When multiples of an item are ordered we reserve the right to supply without warning a mixture of standard and extra fill  should the need arise.

Bulk Orders

When any bulk order has been placed, with very short lead time, Premierdelivered.com reserve the right to reduce that quantity where it would be impractical or otherwise deemed unreasonable to fulfil.

 Suitability of Products / Service

 

Premierdelivered.com cannot be held responsible for the suitability of any product or service ordered on the Premierdelivered.com web site, either assumed or implied. It is the responsibility of the person ordering to acquaint themselves with the service or product prior to placing their order. Product descriptions on the site are for illustration purposes only and Premierdelivered.com does not guarantee their accuracy, consumers seeking more information relating to relevance or allergy information should contact the manufacturers own websites.

The delivery of alcohol

  The delivery of alcohol is available though out our deliver times, Premierdelivered is pleased to comply with 'Challenge 25'. For more details go to www.drinkaware.co.uk

The puchase of alcohol for the purpose of resale to third parties is strictly forbiden, unless the owner of the premisses and the persons purchasing from Premierdelivered.com have been issued with the apropriate licenses required in English Law.

• Premierdelivered.com reserve the right to refuse to deliver alcohol to any person or property where the delivery driver suspects that a breach of the licensing act is about to be committed, or when any person who is fortunate to appear below the age of 25 yr cannot, or will not, provide appropriate proof of age.

• Products thus returned will be kept in the supplying store for collection during normal licensing hours (Which may not be the same as opening hours), for a period of 7 days.

• Written cancellation will be required within 7 days from date of order, for goods returned and are not collected.

• Credit will be issued within 30 days subject to cancellation being received within 7days of order and will  be subject to a £15 service charge.

Return of Goods

In the unlikely event that goods supplied to you are found to be unsatisfactory :

• Return the goods to our store in its original condition. Either in person or with the delivery driver within 7 days from order.

• Give written confirmation quoting reason, payment method and order reference

• A full refund will be made within 30 days.

• Refunds will be by the same method as payment, no cash refund will be given. Refunds below £5 in value may be held as a credit on your account for use against your next purchase.

• Refunds for goods purchased by the case will be based on a proportion of the case price if opened. 

•  Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price.                                                                                     THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
